You probably got a new 144 or 240hz screen, I'm happy for you because it is Life. But when you run Skyrim you go to what I call "The Hell". So I know you can find this solution on some forums but the instinctive I had was to search on the Nexus, and I found nothing. So I decided to put a file on the Nexus for those who had the same reflex that me.
I didn't create the solution, I'm just sharing it on the Nexus.
