Some minor directions for those having downloading issues. I used the (download manual) button and saved to the windows7 default download directory. I opened NMM. I clicked on the green plus button on the left hand side. It opened a window that mirrored my default download directory, automatically filtered by NMM understandable files. I clicked on the (unlimited rings[etc].rar) file and pressed the (open) button. After a little bit of time, the NMM mod menu updated with a new unlimited rings entry. Next, I clicked on the unlimited rings entry and they pressed the green checkmark button on the left-hand side. After a little more time, it finished loading.
