Awesome player home! By the way, is there anyway I can adjust the how long the fireplace is lit up for? I use Living Takes Time mod and I find it rather annoying that i have to relight it so frequently.
Looks great. Can't wait to try it out. Would love an optional hearthfire version with a plantable garden. Looks like there's a couple good spots outside that would work.
This has quickly became my favourite player home, though this mod doesn't seem compatible with other mod, Tes Arena Legendary Cities,(https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/47989) as the house is merged with the entrance to North Keep and i couldn't get to the door to get into the house. If I may suggest as an idea, you could replace hunters rest with Silverglade? I do think the aesthetically north keep and Silverglad fit well together and it would be nice to be able to use both.
You know, this made me rethink my philosophy on player homes and here I am... rebulding patch... again!.

Not sure if this is an individual problem, or a more general one, but I survived the hunt, killed Kjarion and looted his body. Found the key, but there was no letter on the corpse.
