There are now 5 "breeds" of horse in Skyrim, each with their own unique attributes, size, speed, stamina, fight ability, etc...

UPDATE - Jan 2022 - Now IMPROVED...

Horses of the Holds *Changelog* 01.15.22...

*Stamina Offset corrected (so now the horses will actually reflect their unique stamina levels)

*Named Horses (the original horse sold at each of the 5 stables will now come with its own unique name)

*Riften Horse about 2% larger than before

*Solitude Horse about 1% faster than before


(((EDIT))) - THERE IS NOW A VERSION IN OPTIONAL FILES WITH NO REQUIREMENTS (besides DLCs) (main file not required)

Skytest-realistic animals is required, along with the unofficial patch, update, and all DLC.

Compatible with Convenient Horses? YES, just load this last.

Will I make a version that doesn't require SkyTest... Apparently not, I tried for an hour to clean all skytest assets from a version, but no matter what I did the plugin still insists skytest is it's master... so I just put it all back in like it is on my game, take it or leave it (that mod is EXCELLENT anyway, you should download it now if you don't have it!) ((EDIT))- THERE IS NOW A VERSION IN OPTIONAL FILES WITH NO REQUIREMENTS (besides DLCs) (main file not required)

Last note - Look for a BOOK in random places (or craft it at a tanning rack-leather and roll of paper), which details the differences between the 5 horse types!

LAST last note... this plugin is just an esp, lightweight,  no scripts, so feel free to try it and can remove it, without having to start new game or anything.
