Help, the elysees LE mod inside the zip the S.7z has 2 packs when i pick the alpha4 version it has password anyone know what the password is? edit: i searched and found out it was 1
I have seen this already in here with tempest not working on certain saves which I have just encountered but you can always just install tempest by itself as an ability so that's not an issue for me. However, using tempest will sometimes give me an invisible wall. The wall has no mesh/wireframe and what's even weirder is that it only takes effect from the direction I used tempest at. If I walk up to the invisible wall from any other direction then It's not there, but when trying to walk towards it in any movement direction from where I used tempest (character walking back, side, etc.) the wall takes effect. This could be a problem on my part, but this has happened before and I just (about 10 minutes ago) tested to see if Tempest was truly causing this and it appeared to be at least part of the problem. Also I will float in the air while using certain abilities while walking off a ledge but there isn't any wall there after so that's np. If anyone knows the problem or is willing to help, it would be much appreciated.
Yes, this mod uses invisible collision meshes to keep you in the air when using skills. All of them are scripted to delete themselves when not needed anymore, but for some reason they sometimes stay (I have no idea why but I'll look into it again). You can disable some of them by unticking the "mid-air skills" option in MCM, but some are neccessary like the ones for AirHike.
can you still change the hotkey via the S3.ini file? or do you have to rename it or you just can't anymore?
Edit: ok I'm stupid haha, turns out all uses MCM now.. btw it's quite a shame that there is a soft incompatibility with SkySa as the slash effect triggers on every single attack and not just power attack haha, making it too OP and my followers got hit all the time can't really "combo" it as every attack sends out like 2 to 4 after slashes even dragons melt away unless I put deadly dragons on insane difficulty hahah P.S: I'm playing in legendary, still OP XD
: Downloaded it and I'm eager to install it. Since I have the alpha 4 my concern has been the Moon of Mahaakala and I had to stop the spell (in this case, the quest) via console to avoid it hitting accidentally friendly NPCs specially with battles in towns, generating bounty.
But what worries me is not this case. You mentioned that the S3.esp need to be disabled to make this mod to work. Problem is that I have a long playthrough with the original S3.esp installed so I wonder if naming the S3_Remastered.esp simply as S3.esp will cause some sort of problem. (I mean in this case, if there's something in the scripts that strictly needs the esp staying as S3_Remastered.)
i recommend to completely remove original S3 mod, clean the save file with save cleaner, then install this one, i had a crash everytime i try to go indoor when i installed this mod leaving the old scripts still inside my save. After proper removal the crash stopped
: I did the replace but didn't worked, crashed all the time because your S3 is a huge change. I did the same thing from your comment - before u even posted it - XD. Works neat now and honestly, more responsive.
Would you mind a suggestion mine? In the original S3, Stylish Combo used to not hurt followers but the Remastered S3 does it and even turn them hostiles to the player, I observed that during in combats and simply exploring. When there's a combat with high number of foes I avoid doing power attacks because of that or sometimes I have to put my followers behind to not participate in the combat at all.
Also, instead of the Stylish Combo appear when normally power attacking, the Stylish Combo could be activated to where the hotkey was set. In the Original S3, when power attacking normally with 1 handed swords, nothing would appear, but if the player press the hotkey where the Stylish Combo was set, the Combos would be activated. This can be useful if you're fighting a foe or two but have friendly npcs around. Since the Stylish Combo affects anyone nearby, players could get a bounty or turn those NPCs hostiles. Recently I had to avoid power attacking in those events, in some cases I had to turn stylish combo off, which is boring since I have to do it manually. It's not hard or easy but I think this can be done to S3_Remastered, if you plan to update it futurelly.
Could you make a version with the style disabled when in sneak mode? When i use the mod both normal and power attack trigger the slash area effect in sneak mode. And also crashed my game, but it's probably in conjunction with other mods i used, though i don't use any combat or sneak mods, except other elysees mods
