You would be better off just making this a copy of the Kaw's esp with a new "nostrip" keyword. This doesn't need to have dependency to Sexlab.esm at all. Create a new keyword that has "nostrip" in it, add it to the original esp, and assign the keyword to everything that should have it. Would work for people whether Sexlab was installed/activated or not.
1) Foxey gave modification permissions for their assets. You can change the esp and reupload it.
2) The point of modding for compatibility is to make things automatically work together, regardless of dependencies. To a user that puts in your modded esp, they experience no change unless they are using Sexlab (or any other mod that also seeks Sexlab keywords, installed or not).
