I've been a SPERG user for a long time, so will offer some suggestions based on that use. Firstly, I think just adding more enchantments to items under the Enchanting tree is not only boring, but simply broken, though I suppose three abilities at 175% wouldn't be too awful. I'd suggest an incremental improvement to existing enchantments, would be a better way to go, with maybe another 25% buff to Elemental, Skill, and Attribute enchantments at each step along the way, for a total of +75% at 175. The One Handed tree doesn't need a buff to dual wielding, as SPERG Weapon Styles already does that, and it's already broken enough. With regard to Restoration, perhaps some kind of auto heal function once per day. I'd also like to see Block buffed, possibly including an ability that reduces incoming missile fire., and reduces other damage. Shields need more love. Finally, make it compatible with SPERG Weapon Styles, if it isn't already.

While I generally agree with your Smithing and Heavy Armor trees, I'll point out that unless you're using something like I do, in the form of Armor Rating Redux, the Armor Cap will negate the benefit of further improvements after a certain point.

      Thanks for the feedback.
"some kind of autoheal function once per day" might be a bit hard to make but I'll try my very best.
I don't like shields, thats pretty much the reason I did not do the block tree yet.
I have to think about enchanting but 3 enchs at 175 is too late in my opinion. If you look at the amount of XP you need for ench 175 you could have pressed legendary at 100 over 6 times already.

And yes I use Armor Rating Redux for a uncapped armorrating.

I personally avoid dual wielding because it makes the game too easy, so tend to use either just a weapon, or weapon and shield, but it seems that shields are generally not very popular, though maybe that's just my impression.
I've gotten my Enchanting skill to 100 with all the perks, but I'm finding the results underwhelming, on the whole. My sword with a fire enchantment on it is doing a whopping +36 points of fire damage. Granted, I didn't use an enchantment potion when enchanting it, and the fire damage is incidental to the 234 points of regular damage it's dishing out, due to being upgraded to the max, (with other perks that affect Smithing and One Handed) but on the whole, I'd rather have better enchantments, than lots of enchantments. Three enchantments probably isn't too OP, but 4 or 5 can get pretty absurd fast.
Incidentally, I suggest the True Armor mod, which I use with Armor Rating Redux, though I have the latter mod only count armor ratings at half value, otherwise, I'd be untouchable.

I agree with your sentiments, but on the other hand these would kinda be considered "Epic" levelled perks won't they? Maybe instead of looking at it through a linear increase, a "Mutator" style of perk could be looked at? For example, at 150% would unlock something that would make sweep apply to all normal attacks but disable something.

I think the post 100% skills would be really cool if they served as further customization to make our characters that much more unique.

Sperg is fantastic so an add on for it has got to be fantastic too.

    Two handed perks ideas
1 power attacks can floor the victim and send them flying (similar to Z mace mod)
2 double kill move kill two enemies at same time maybe lop off both their heads in once swing or something like it
3 slow mo power move. time slows for all around you on a power move you execute.

    restoration
1 heal disease or be immune to it.
2 healing fountain. your magic will be drained if your health get below zero.
3 resurect the dead (you followers and ncp's)

    just a few ideas
