this mod doubles the power of all vanilla bound weapons.
the Bound Sword with the Mystic Binding perk for example does the same damage as a daedric sword
except you cant improve its damage by smithing; so by the time you can improve the damage
of the daedric swords;the damage of the Bound Sword with the Mystic Binding perk is inferio
