This is a mod which uses DAR(Dynamic Animation Replacer) To give Each Race and Gender Different Idle Animation
Unfortunately i can't upload the mod because Supertin Hasn't come online so i can't get Permissions, Instead I will give you guide how to do it yourself ( it's very easy & if Supetin come online and give me premissions, i will soon upload the mod here)

Update: well supertin have seen my pm and didn't give me a response so i think he will not give me permission
so i think there will be no update and we have to stick to the guide

First you need to download these mods:
1- https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/101371 ----> Dynamic Animation Replacer (DAR)
2- https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/102110 ---> Custom Racial Animation Path and i recommend version 1.0 (well it's look like there is been an update for C.R.A.P and chadoyn released version 2, well i think he adds another folder which also cause the player to experience the new idle even in the first person, well i'm not sure because i uses the version 1, anyway u can use this method also on the first person folder and see what happens but i recommend version 1 because i tested it, feel free to tell me your experience if you try version 2 with firstperson folder)
3- https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/76862 -----> Realistic Animation Project - Idles

After downloading mods, install DAR using mod manager you have or manually
then extract Custom Racial Animation Path in desktop or anywhere you want
there you see a folder called Custom Racial Animation Path, open it and explore the folder until you get to custom condition folder
inside the custom condition folder, you will find numbered folders that each of these folder is dedicated to each race
in the custom condition folder, there is a text file there, open it and it tell you which number is for which race
this is a list : 
3740 - argonian

3741 - Breton

3742 - Dunmer

3743 - Altmer

3744 - Imperial

3745 - Khajiit

3746 - Nord

3747 - Orc

3748 - Redguard

3749 - Bosmer

then you have to open each numbered race and create two new folders called male and female
this is picture to show you how it is done:



then you need to extract Realistic animation project - idles in desktop or anywhere you want and also there is video in the idle mod page description, it will show you the preview for each animation
in the the extracted folder you will find something like this
ok now is the time put to the idles in numbered folders

I assume you already saw the idles animations video, based on the video and the picture i provided here, now you must select each idle file (.hkx) and copy it in the female or male folders we created, obviously males animations go to males folder and female animations go to female animations

After copy the idle, know you must rename it to mt_idle

now the female argonian have different idle animation from other races and genders

after doing this for the most races and genders, now is the time to install your custom mod

Create a zip file from Custom Racial Animation Path folder that which you put all your animation files in it and install it through mod manager or don't create zip and install it manually


now run skyrim and see that every race and gender have different animations

i will upload a guide for walking and running animation like this (every race and gender have different walk and run animation) if this mod gets popular
