If you have Asprix Mod activated as well as Lake View Estate - the two will conflict with each other. If both activated you will not be able to access Dragons Reach lest the game crash to the Desktop.
Double celldoor at fort hegrebred downstairs, also triple chest in the cell next to it each with different loot. Meant to be or mistake? Also, enemies dont attack me at all D:
hey you appear to be pretty good at making new area mods. i have a suggestion for you involving a different mod. theres a new mod called skrimorroblivion that is aiming to remake most of tamriel. basically adding morrowind and oblivion into your skyrim game. its a huge undertaking but they're looking for people to help and you would be a great candidate. please take some time to at least check it out i would greatly appreciate it. thanks

got the same problem, as i approach the trapdoor game crashes to desktop.
hope i will solve the compability problem, mod looks great ;p
