Out of curiosity, do you remember which location names were changed by 4th's mod (and reverted using yours)? I had to take yours out of my merge, it was causing crashes whenever a Guar was spawned and/or loaded.
Shouldn't do. From what I remember, all I did was change the name of the Skyrim world space and possibly the name of whatever cells the guars spawn in back to English by dragging them from the relevant Skyrim/Dawnguard/Dragonborn ESMs. Oh, and I changed the name of the creature itself.
If my mod causes issues, it's easy enough to just open 4th's mod and make the same changes yourself.
