Installed this and started a new character. I got the "Blood on the Ice" quest in Windhelm and when I got to the part where I need to investigate Hjerim, I enter to find a fully furnished house with a quest marker in the center of the first room that does nothing. No way to complete the quest as it doesn't update upon entry.
This is first I've heard of that. Are you SURE that's b/c of THIS MOD specifically? As we all know that quest is VERY shitty and BROKEN in vanilla, and there are quest mod fixes for it. There is a cheat box in the front room with all the items you need for the quest, and if necessary you can skip forward by console. So unless you're absolutely sure WITH PROOF that this mod causes a problem, I'm not investigating anymore. Already been through way too much of that with my individual Hjerim mod. Also note as it clearly says in description, this backport is NOT SUPPORTED.
I never had a problem with this quest until I installed this. And I did this quest just yesterday with a different character with no problems. The only change between playing that character and this one was this mod.
For the record, I wasn't trying to make work for you. I was just reporting a bug. I know modding is involved and sometimes difficult, but every modder I have ever met has WANTED to know about things like this. So I wasn't "complaining" and no hard feelings intended.
And bad on me: I missed that bit about the backport. Had I seen that, I wouldn't have bothered you about it. So, sorry for that.
BTW, the house interior was a VAST improvement over vanilla. So good job there!
I encountered the same thing. Hjerim was fully decorated when going into Hjerim for the first time during the "Blood on Ice" quest. I am going to try to advance quest using the console: setstage MS11 70

wow these look great, I love that the homes that are not breezehome finally get some love, but with that said I will take out breezehome out of this bc I already use a replacer for that, but thats not your fault :)
Honestly not sure, just b/c of saving/baking cell info. If you have entered it you might have to purge interior (look up the code). And remove all your stuff, obviously, before installing this.

what is the console command that gets Calisxo or whatever his name is to try a new target?
