I don't normally comment but I just wanted you to know that I adore this guy. His line delivery is delightful and I look forward to it every time he says something.
I half-expected him to look at my character and say "stupid dog" after they did a werewolf transformation.
His commentary on quests is a lot of fun and I cannot imagine a playthrough without him now. Thanks for all the work you and your VA put into him, and thanks for making him available to oldrim players.

Nebarra doesn't seem to work with iNeed. Even if I give him food, waterskins and gold in the inventory, he would still complain about lack of food, drinks and gold. Is there a way to fix this?
I don't know if this question is a spoiler or not, since I haven't started my playthrough with him yet, but is Nebarra's name a hint in and of itself about his past? I ask because of what his name means in the altmeri language.
this guy's the reason i started playing skyrim again after not touching it for 6 years, im dead serious i stumbled upon some memes on tumblr (pretty much the same stuff you have in the "images" section) and got so curious i just couldn't resist. needless to say Nebarra's one of my absolute favorite followers now, i can't get enough of his comments and miss this bastard terribly when he's not around cuz he makes the game so much more entertaining. some of his lines got me crying laughing thanks to TheWolfeScott's fantastic delivery. really looking forward to more island adventures! no spoliers but that first mission was quite a cliffhanger thank you immensely for sharing your creation w the community AND making/updating an oldrim version. if it was possible i'd endorse this mod til the day i die
Wow. Nebarra went to Old Hroldan when I first came across him, and simply would not follow so I kinda forgot about him. a few days ago I installed "patch 9" and he just sort of joined my party when I returned from delivering a missive to bruma. He is awesome. and the quest that popped in to fix the mine... Fantastically laid out, well designed, very professional. There was a invisible wall that kept me from entering just the mine... I assumed it was one of my other mods getting in the way, so I COC'd around it.
attempting to avoid spoilers...What followed was ....deep, man. real deep. and dark. real dark. The possibility exists that if I had SOME clue what was going on, like maybe a hint from Nebarra? it would have been more easy to figure out wtf was going on...and I honestly think that would really enhance the playability, btw...I am fairly certain that I missed a LOT of what was there to be seen and found. Perhaps a extremely grindy, fetchy, boring optional sidequest to an oracle that would give you a heads-up?
regardless, it was flipping GREAT! with a little tweaking I would call it Wheels of Lull great, moonpath to elsewyr great, even.
This looks like a really awesome work and I would like to check it out. But I find it very creepy being accompanied by somebody whose face I can't see.
It baffles me why Nebarra doesn't have 1000+ endorsement. Maybe because he is not advertised as a clown *cough* Funny Follower with an ear-piercing voice or the fact that he is not somebody's weird incel fantasy or simply due to the community's mindless hatred of anything remotely related to Altmers. I'm using NFF with Nebarra and my mage follower and have no issue at all.
"mindless hatred of anything remotely related to altmers" is pretty much me. BUT...aside from screeching THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AND OVER every few moments Skeever is growing on me...and Nebarra gets along with skeever...so i'm going to TRY and suspend my mindless hatred.
