CG4 ENB Lens Rain with CG4 Lens Dirt Mask and True Storms by Fading Signal.

Features:
FAQ: Do i need to download both Main Files?:
No, is the quick answer.
* If you are using True Storms, you need to download the CG4 Lens Rain for True Storms File, and make sure that
this Mod is loaded after True Storms in your mod load order.
* If you are not using true storms, i recommend trying the CG4 Lens Rain Solo File. This raw file is non weather specific, so
you can try this with your other weather setups.
ENB:
Works fine with ENB, great results can be achieved in combination with ENB Lens Dirt.

Conflicts & Bugs:
Highly recommend loading this after any weather mods in your mod load order.
Some rain judder is noticeable when moving, this sadly cannot be solved.
Note: There are currently no further plans to update this mod

- Drizzle, the lightest rain is now more subtle with smaller raindrops.
- Camera attachment method changed, instant updating for camera rotation.
