Umm very small compatibility issues with Dear Diary SkyUI replacer- the font should be black but after installing this, turns white and doesn't sit well with the new look. Can you please make a black font version? Many thanks!
Never mind, i opened the config.txt of both mods and found how to tweak the font color to my liking. In the [Appearance] section, I copy pasted this from Dear Diary UI Replacer config.txt into the SkyUI Tweak config.txt -
if you use skyui you can sort your inventory by equipped which shows the equiped items (weapon armor) on top of the inventory, with this u don't need to sort it

I don't play SSE, but no port should be necessary. The change is just to the config file in data\interface\skyui. I doubt there is much difference in that file between the two Skyrim versions. In any case no great harm would come from trying it. If it doesn't work, just put your original config file back.
This is already available as one of the ways to sort your inventory. You don't even have to cycle through the others to get to it, as it's the first order once you click on the heading.
If people want to use it, that's fine of course. But I have a question: would it keep you from using the other sorting categories?
I haven't ;looked at this mod, but as I mentioned below I had changed to this system of sorting earlier. I'll assume this does it the same easy way that I did in which case only the default sort is changed. As you pointed out, this sort order is one of the choices that can be selected, but it isn't the normal default. If you're someone like me who doesn't want to always be clicking on the sort choice button, this is great.
