Nice mod, thank you for your effort. Only had one small problem with it, when I upgraded the dining room table to your custom one, I got a tablecloth with items on it suspended in the air with a stone dining room table floating above it! No real worries though, I fixed the floating table using "Dylbills Positioner" mod. Only glitch left is the tablecloth is longer than the table which I can easily live with.
Will you provide me with answers to these questions? It would help me figure out what caused the CTD in your game.
Did you: Try to buy the Alchemy Lab from the House Purchase board or from the steward at the keep when the CTD happened? Install this mod with other mods that change the Vlindrel Hall? Install this mod in a save data with or without having visited Vlindrel Hall before?
If you bought the Alchemy Lab from the House Purchase board, it could simple be a result of many instances getting enabled at once which resulted a heavy workload for your system.
I installed your mod on already fully furnished vanilla Vlindrel Hall if that changes anything. Went inside but found many places were in web and empty and remembered about purchse board, found that thing near the entrance on a wall. I choose buy normal instead of special, then onto alchemy laboratory(I should've it already IIRC) and then instant CTD.
I previously uninstalled different mod that changed it, though I made a clean save for that. (breezehome save, uninstall, load, save, install your mod).
Gonna be a limb and say with your save data there's little room for wondering where it might have gone wrong, given what I've written about the installation in the description page. That said, you can try enabling the Lab through speaking with the Steward instead as it's less demanding for your system that way.
