Her weight won't look her usual weight 100. To adjust her weight ingame, open console command by pressing the tilde key (`) and mouse-over Mirai and click then type: setnpcweight 100 disable enable
But if you prefer toothpick body, leave it then...
i love this mod but i cant make it work, half of her face is dark and the other half is covered with little squares of different colors, what could it be?
How do you make a replacer btw? I also wish to try out some custom followers made by others to test them out on Mirai. But I have no clue how to do that. F.ex if I wanted to use "Lenkas" face on Mirai , how do I do that? Do I need ssedit, ck and nif-skope or other programs? Ive been looking for ages on how to do that. Im the newbie who just knows how to mix with bodytextures and -meshes. And now that hdt ks-hair is out there is so much older followers to test out.
Ive always wanted to learn how to make such and esp. but I cant find a step by step guide anywhere. :(
Try NPC Visual Transfer Tool (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64875)
It basically already does what you want - it creates a small patch mod that maps the source appearance (like Lenka) to the target (like Mirai) and copies/renames the right files for you.
You can then inspect the patch via Tes5Edit/SSEdit to see and learn how it's done. It's a good starting point to experiment and do further adjustments. With some effort - like mapping the rest (body/textures) to this new mod folder, adjusting editor ids, and so on - you can make a fully standalone replacer from it.
Think that most NPC replacers started with the transfer tool and are done this way

EDIT: Sorry I just now noticed that you already have made several standalone versions. Nice work btw.
