   I have to ask, I didn't see in the description, but was the a take on Bolvar Fordragon (new Lich King) with his helmet off? Strikingly similar. Either way, very cool looking.

   I load in both the sculpt + the rm preset, still my version doesn't look exactly like in the pictures. Am I missing something?

      the complexion slider should be the 1st slider in the options in the 'head' section of race menu. you will find the Xenuis complexions in there after installing it.
