Can you make a mod to make excess perk points useful? Since there are too many cheat mods that can add perk points for players. Not like a spell to translate perk points into dragon souls. .
Minor suggestion for you Wolv, consider making an alternate file version where each of the guardian stones gives a point. That way if players would prefer the immediate power up they could opt into it - and other players who do not can avoid it. That way the balancing choice burden shifts to the player to make for their owns game and isn't left on your head.
Personally I'll be fine just using the standard one so no real difference to me, but might worth considering for you.
Incredible idea for a mod. I have always felt as though the game gives you slightly too few perks over the course of a play-through and this is a smart way of gaining them, especially as you'll gain three extra perk points at the beginning of the game which will help in higher level difficulties. Good job!
it's individual stones for the most part, however you will only get one perk for the guardian stones (you can activate any of the three to get the perk point) as they're right at the beginning next to eachother and I was unsure if giving 3 at once right away was too much
Interesting concept. Perfect if you don't feel like you don't get enough perk points and you use a perk overhaul with tons of perks, although it might be overkill if you already use the optional "Perk Points at Skill Level 50, 75, and 100" file from Ordinator.
thanks, originally I had it set up so that you would get 3 from the guardian stones because it works through activation but it is now set up to get one perk point when you activate one of the three stones for the first time as I wasn't sure if 3 was too much.
