To anyone hoping for Goldenglow estate, that house will not be getting added to the mod. Due to a lack of time IRL to work on the mod and the fact that I would have to change quite a bit of how the base quest [Loud and Clear] surrounding the house works in order to make the house a player home, I have decided to leave it out for compatibility reasons.
Suggestion: Regarding the purchase of Half-Moon Mill, Condition #2 really ought to be "GetDead Hern" and not "GetStageDone DBSideContract04". Sometimes I like to Destroy the Dark Brotherhood and then make a point of exterminating Hern and Hert anyway. Differentiating between Hern being killed as part of a quest, or not, doesn't make sense to me.
Suggestion: In the Half-Moon cabin, the approval letter from the Vigilants really ought to be disabled until the purchase is made. When I go in to remove the pests, the letter is already visible on the table, which is pretty lousy immersion.
Suggestion: Please consider documenting that the prices are global variables and provide their IDs. That Way users will know they can use the console to, e.g. "set PHAHalfMoonMillCost to 27999.000000".
On Riftweald Manor Mercer's home, I tried to wait there and sleep there says *Your Can not wait in this location* So what good is the home if you can not sleep or wait there? Just thought I would let you know about this, myself I like Riftweald any reasons as to why the flag was not removed off the wait and sleep thing? again thought you should know about the issue.
Hi, I'm using the SE port of this mod, and I'm still having this issue with Riftweald Manor after the update. If it makes any difference, I bought the house before becoming Guildmaster.
Well... in Riverwood there's Faendal's house, that is kinda... interesting. And often Faendal ends dead after the Suitors of Camilla Valerius' Quest, especially since he often goes alone in the woods and Skyrim is so dangerous... Of course, I'm not saying that anyone should kill him to get his home... but if he ends dead somewhere, would Gerdur really have problems in selling away his home?
Found another possibility. Abandoned Lodge, in Solstrim after the quest "A New Source of Sthalrim". It is basically a cloned copy of Alvor's house in Riverwood. Abandoned Shack, after the quest "Friends Like These."
What if I am in the middle of playthrough but have yet to get any of the houses, can I then update it safely? Also, I notice some of the houses available in this mod also have interesting npc mod character inside from the beginning (Lunds Hut and Mixwater Mill's worker house), will this be a problem?
If you've not purchased any of the houses then you should be fine.
It's up to you to deal with the Interesting NPC NPCs as you see fit. If all the mod does is add those NPCs to the location then there should be no problem, but if it also adds/removes furniture then some weirdness might occur. I can't say for certain because I don't use that mod.

Can I have your permission to port your work to Bethesda.net for our console users to enjoy? Thank you!

To anyone else having similar issues with other homes, please let me know.

Do you have the DLCs, the new version needs Dragonborn and Hearthfire DLCs
