As the New Life Harold Breda explains,
"The Nords of Lower Yorgrim celebrate by traveling to remote places, stripping down to smallclothes, and leaping into the freezing water. You should take the Snow Bear Plunge! It is quite invigorating."
"Lower Yorgrim celebrates this way to show they don't fear what the cold brings. At the end of a winter's journey is a warm fire, good mead, and wonderful company. Also, it lets them compare tattoos!"

Comes in three varieties, a tankard, bottle, and a whole pot with increasing effects. The wine doesn't do anything special in ESO, so it just uses some slightly buffed wine stats. You can find some free drinks at each of the three diver camp sites, or you can purchase some from the festival merchants hanging around the divers.As the New Life Harold Breda explains,

The locations are unmarked, but not too hard to find. If you've played ESO, you should know where to go. Cub's Tumble is on the shore next to the Windhelm docks. Horker's Drop is found beneath the Windhelm bridge (on the cities' side), and Dead Man's Drop is found up river headed toward Anga's Mill.!--==Help Needed==--!

Currently, the divers are all naked/in their underwear. I don't have anything to use as the Nordic Bather's Towel outfit from ESO, so this is how it shall be for now!
