Great Idea,finally we will be able to use more strategy than brute force to win the battles of Skyrim, I will be very aware to try the playable versions
I love this concept. However, there are war mods that allow more strategy, including taking over bandit forts, playing a board commander/risk type battle to win locations, and soldier recruitment. But, the idea of adding a RTS side to it, where you build buildings and so on with gold and resources sounds dope.
Sure, Mods like Ultimate Combat,Revenge Of the Enemies, TK Dodge, Realistic AI Detection and many other but They allow you only to improve your combat techniques and some limited strategy, here are some ideas that I suggest to the author DisgruntledWombats:
1. Be able to place several kind of lethal traps simultaneously anywhere 2. Be able to use automatic heavy catapult weapons (Stone and Fire) 3. To be able to create your little army with skyrim creature's ( Not only Soldiers ) 4. Be able to send groups of your army to attack and destroy an enemy target 5. Check Previous RTS Mods on Skyrim, to get more Ideas
