Thank you, the Fantasy Forest Overhaul mod that I was using changed the color of the riften leaves and your mod solved it, thank you very much, they look great
I know it's been a while, but I just found this mod and while I love its effect I do not have a mod slot (out of the 255) for such a relatively minor improvement.
So I ask: is there any effect I can get by just installing the meshes and textures but NOT the .esp?
yeah i'd like a gif or vid too. thanks for this, it's a great idea. but i can't actually see any animation ingame. looked all over riften. it's installed. 57+fps. i see the new leaves. can target them in console and it states this esp. but i don't see any movement. TreeRiftenLeaves02 [TREE:010038AE] i took pics of. no movement
Okie doke folks, based on all these comments, I made a terrible gif: https://imgur.com/U5bNF0k [No Fraps or OBS installed atm, so this was just me mashing Print Screen and throwing the screens in GIMP. Performance & resolution NOT representative of this mod or my current set up.]
I unpacked the bsa & optimized the nifs beforehand, no idea if it was necessary at all.
The animation IS visible in game. It is similar to the shudder that the trees do, so you may not notice it during regular gameplay, but if you DON'T see it while watching for it specifically then something isn't working on your end. Try unpacking & optimizing and see if it fixes it for you.
FWIW the textures are definitely nice and I didn't notice any drop in fps.

Best,

If anyone has the time to make one I'd appreciate it!
