    The misty atmosphere in the first shots is awesome and nicely underlined through the music. Lovely set and introduction of your char.

      This was one of those sets where the music just matched wonderfully. I was able to do such combo's quite a lot once, but nowadays I'm a bit more "all over the place", even if I do try and find tunes that conjure some kind of meaning, atmosphere or just fits the whole vibe of a set...

    I love the lamp against the morning mist in that shot, great atmosphere.

      That lamp post draw my attention in the first place, so it's the very reason I stopped here for a screenshot...

      Character is all brand new, made her just a few days ago and she started off from "Dead Man's Drink" in Falkreath. I think she likes that you like her, but you can't really tell with those reserved ranger gals!

    I was wondering why this didn't strike me as a trademark " Excellentium " set - I guess I'm so used to seeing the letterboxes

      I'm still amazed this game can surprise me still after all these years. You'd think you've seen it all and yet the early dawn of just a regular day can be enough to just pause and inhale the atmosphere. This a wonderful realm to be in, both dangerous and beautiful...

      I want to write more quite often when I post my shots. More or less the majority of the uploads I do are intended as stories and adventures and to better get to know and understand the characters, some words would help. But it's taking me so long to get it all right, so I sadly have to sacrifice that part. I'm still glad people say they can follow the "movie" or the "tale" I bring with the images, but the truth is, characters will remain a bit anonymous I'm afraid (although I know them as old friends)...

      Yeah, LOTS of letterboxes on my account these last 1-2 years, so I don't blame you for getting a bit confused! I'm still very much into them, but I also try to find my way back to regular-sized images to give a bit more variety. I still prefer the more narrow images as they make me think harder about the composition and I like that challenge, but I understand it's more fun for the viewer to see a full-scale shot...

      They certainly are! I don't travel at nights too often, unless I'm on a screenshot save or in need to get somewhere quickly, but I usually get my characters up and ready between 5.00 - 6.00 in the morning and if I'm lucky dawn's light are as tender as it was this early day...

    The words are so poetic and true. This moment of the first light, when you came from the night, is magical. The main picture and this picture of the bluish leaves is wonderful and I really like the close up of Omori. The colors are matching so well and there is a special kind of softness

      Yeah, that light at dawn whispered to me and said I should write something to remember it by, I've seen this moment so many times in my life too, and especially when I was a bit younger and did some real-life photography, the greeting of the dawn turned the whole landscape into pure poetry. I'm glad this can be seen sometimes in Skyrim too...

      A very soft colour palette in this set, yes. It surprised me, because Mudpuppy normally has a bit more kick to the colours, but I suppose even a LUT has to give in for the serenity of dawn...

      Thank you, my friend! That's the essence of this game right there - you fire it up to check if things work as supposed to and the worldspace embraces you with it's beauty without you really knowing how it happened...

      I love this game for this reason, because it still surprises me after all these years with it's capability to touch the very soul...
