In all of the years I have played Requiem, this is the first time I have made it to the mountain top. I am still playing Gyllena without shouts and she is not the Dragonborn, but I am doing the main quest to keep the story going. I just pretend I am helping the Dragonborn out here and there and then go back to doing my own thing. I think I am at 120 hours on this save so far, level 47 and still dying a lot.

Great shot and congrats on reaching the top finally. You like a challenge from what I've seen. Me, not so much--I get way too frustrated being killed over and over again.

  Thank you Pat. Playing with Gyllena is extra tough with all of her roleplay restrictions. I honestly didn't realize how tough it would be until I got to about level 25. Playing as the Dragonborn and using a bow helps a ton. Gyllena does neither.

  Two handed axe, light armor, alchemy, smithing and she wants to learn more about all types of magic except Conjuration. She does not like the idea of force controlling any entity or soul trapping. Destruction and Restoration have some special interest to her because of healing and ranged attacks without the need to carry a cumbersome bow and ammo. Shes kind of a "jack of all trades" and that has caused her to need more levels to become effective.

  I really do enjoy playing her even though it can be tough sometimes with the way I decided she would be. No bow! No shouts! No conjuration! Really fun though. Thank you Heike.

The main storyline can feel cumbersome at some point, but when you complete it, it feels quite rewarding

You have quite some stamina tot keep on trying ,.. I think I would have quit a lot earlier the you did.

  Thank you Erwin. It would be a lot easier if I played her as the Dragonborn and used the shouts. And a few other quirks of hers, but that's why it's still a real challenge.

  Thank you very much Jonathan. It's usually some major mod update that gets me to start over; surprisingly, all of the recent updates have been good for current game saves.

I am at level 90 and there are still things where you can die very quickly without being accompanied. nice picture of the dragon Patrick
