Took me quite some time, but found time to read it It was a really cool chapter with the development of trust between the two. I think you have done a wonderful job.

Thank you Chris! Aye the chapters got a bit long. I was back into the zen of writing as I was really enjoying doing a real story with Wulver, made more fun by doing it as a cross-over story.

I really liked the two chapters Cellmates and Redemption and they were pretty good to read for me.

The events and the surroundings were wonderfully described and both chapters were very exciting.

It was fun getting to know Wulvers Character in this story. In the showcases before I could only get a hint.

As tgstyle24 already commented on the last part, it is not easy to include a guest character in a story and then to have him interact with your own character. But you did it very well. The first thing you notice is that Sophie is often underestimated by many people. This is reflected here everywhere. Von Wulver too underestimates her, but he is always pleasantly surprised. Wulver relies on his empathy and has confidence in herself as well as in her skills. This in turn is a surprising experience for Sophie and, together with his cheeky and kind heart, ensures that she quickly gains confidence in Wulver.
Her love for animals, her concern for the other prisoners, that she heals Wulver despite initial skepticism, reflects her character.

The part in which Sophie makes use of her connection to Dannee to open a portal is very convincingly written. As if Nataly wrote these lines herself.

Thank you for these exciting chapters.

Many thanks for the thoughtful reply Gerd! I promise the epilogue will be much, much shorter :-) Really just images and a little summary of things, working on that today.

I am glad you got to know a little more about Wulver's personality. I find it shines a lot more in the other world he visits (Pathfinder Kingmaker) as he has to make lots of choices around alignment and he shows his chaotic side a lot more there. Wulver is a scamp and a rogue but a nice one :)

Having read Nataly's work for years I am somewhat familiar with how she writes so did my best to write Sofie the way she would be with Dannee. I also did pass my writing by Nataly first so she could give her stamp of approval :-)

Thanks very much Stilwater Saint! Well at least one more short wrap-up and epilogue in the works. Most shots done - what's left is to right the story and put it with the images and then post.

That was quite the suspenseful read. The kind that have you on the edge of your seat most of it. Nicely done.

Oh Wulver, such a charmer. I guess it being empaths came in useful for both of them since they were able to sense that neither had ill intention toward the other, avoiding some misunderstanding or at the very least being able to come to mutual understanding of their situation and how working together could get them out of this horrible place. I found quite intriguing the bit of lore on Tiefling. Wulver having the blood of Chaos and not being related to Daedras. It raises many questions about Tieflings but also about Wulver in general.I wonder if Tiefling are somehow related to Padomay perhaps or some other entity.

The Thalmor sure have fallen to a even bigger low with what they did with the other prisoners, keeping their souls trapped in their body although they were dead. For what? harvesting their soul in soul gems to use for their machination. I guess I shouldn't surprise myself anymore about the length they would go with their machination and villainy.

I loved that moment where Wulver is basically going " That's a crazy idea and I love it". He'd get along so well with Sandy....(watch out the crazy ideas). He sure does work magic (quite literaly) with that lock. As "dumb" as that Golem may be, it still looked quite a formidable foe. It sure was an intense fight scene and they had to use their with to trap that monster in order to escape.

Ganril got a fitting end and hopefully the Thalmor still trapped there are going to get what they deserve from the inhabitants of the plane of Oblivion they are in...and since it sounds like its Coldharbour, it's not gonna look all that pretty for them.

The teleportation spell was a long shot but thankfully it worked and they didn't end up in some distant plane of existance. They didn't land in Dannee's house sure, but it was close enough....and at least they didn't land in a lake or something either lol.

So sweet to see their friendship. I hope their paths will cross sometime and I also look forward to seeing some more of Wulver's adventures.

Many thanks Lia! Aye a plus when you have a little magic or extra sensory abilities like empathy. But then one reason I like fantasy :) Wulver isn't nearly as good as Sofie though. Someone who knows what he can do and who has some strength of character/will could mask their emotions or make fake ones. Wulver is more surface reading. Still it comes in handy in his line of work. On the other hand he also has his eye.

I have some growing lore on Chaos Tiefling that I developed as I worked on the race mod I made (which really was just for myself but released it since ... why not. If only one other person gets some fun out of it than worth it). In researching Tiefling lore across various games, books, etc., I picked up some common themes. In general they come from the destructive, negative, chaotic, evil, fiendish, etc., side of the coin. I am not into the fiendish that much but the random destructive aspects of chaos (as done in numerous books that explore the balance and wars between the sides of chaos and order), that is not inherently evil and is needed for life to exist as the balance against pure order ... well in short it was the bloodline I wanted to use for my Tiefling - chaos Tieflings come from supernatural entities who exist on a plane or sphere of chaos and who mate with a mortal. It then shows up completely at random, as befits chaos, in the offspring through many generations. Sometimes weak or strong or average.

So "chaos" creatures could be like the Daedra and Padomay, Chaos creatures from the plane of Chaos in the books by Michael Moorcock (eternal hero, Elric, etc.), demons, certain types of the Fey, and so on. So Wulver has chaos in his blood and soul both and that creates a tie to the Daedra and other creatures of Chaos. As to where he actually got it ... that is a mystery for now :) But for Skyrim lore the chaos for Skyrim/Tamriel Tieflings would be the Daedra and hence considered half-breed Daedra and human. However, Wulver came from another plane to Tamriel ... although of course Oblivion has many planes and who is to say they don't sometimes intersect with planes unrelated to Mundus? A mystery for now though.

Losti and Sandy would probably both get along with Wulver, as would Sam. Wulver is a little vain, cocky (although not arrogant), rather sexual and hedonistic in nature, and somewhat chaotic in temperament - can't escape that influence from his bloodline but he does try to apply a little order from his mortal side. He is also more positive - preferring the creative aspects of chaos, and positive change, over destructive ones (so he might get along with Selina as well).

I plan on a reununion at some point so Sofie can meet Wulver's friends. If I can find a way to share him with Nataly he might also show up in one of her stories :-)

Wulver's origins as a Tiefling sure is a mystery. Quite the delightful one too since it's open to many speculation as the endless possibility. I've only ever focused on the Tiefling lore from Dungeon and Dragon (or Forgotten Realm).

I can only imagine the kind of pranks Wulver and Sandy could come up with. I guess they would also have that in common, unable to really escape that part of their nature - although that doesn't make them evil.

Only way I would see to share him would be to turn him into an NPC or a Follower. My DMs are open if help is needed.

Thanks I may be in touch on Wulver I got some guides and may give it a shot. Maybe over winter break. My only concern is I use the Realistic Teeth mod which affects all mouth mesh parts so if I export his head mesh it may mean his teeth won't move with his mouth if Nataly were to use him with the RT mod. So I might need to get a "clean" head mesh from someone else who uses the vanilla mouth/head mesh. Most likely would build him into a copy of my Tiefling race mod so all those assets would be there. The biggest issue, besides the teeth, would then be his hair which comes from the KS mod but I think you use that mod as well. Anyhow if I get stuck will send you a DM :)

Wulver is very charming and polite, his sense of humor and manners are lovely.
The cell shots while Wulver and Sofie talk are great, and while the scenery is always the same, you did a great job exploring it from different angles.
A dangerous and risky plan is always a amazing plot for two strangers wanting to escape a common enemy :) it was great to see them working together.
Nice action and escape scenes too. Ganril's death was fascinatingly described, very cinematic, I loved it!

Thank you Serkethetyt for taking the time to read through this long story post! Glad you enjoyed it. Aye when you have to cover a lot of dialogue in one setting it can be difficult. As I am sure you saw there are gaps where I have large text sections. I had debated Sofie killing Ganril but I thought his ego being his downfall, biting off more then he could handle, was much more appropriate :)

Yes, it's good because you can imagine the scenery. I used to do the same in my original chapters, but in the last ones I got a little excited and some chapters ended up counting +80 images, which obviously gave me a joooob reducing HAHAHA
I liked they way you writed his death by exactly this point. Is easy someone (Wulver or Sofie) killed him, because he is disgusting, but he eventually ended by the thing he thought would be his salvation and differential. This is something what very arrogant people experience, because they think they know everything and are perfect, are blinded to the failures and possible "cocktail of disasters" caused by their own ambitions and pride. And "poor" Ganril don't notice some advices by Kyne herself... "Use nature's gifts wisely. Respect your power and fear your fury.". Nothing is more powerful than the nature. Or better saying, no one.

Action, adventure, intrigue, and a brilliant escape -- what more could you ask for? Ok, some really great pictures to accompany the story. I've wondered a few times about teleporting. Um, how do you know you're not going to materialize inside a huge boulder or a volcano? I guess Geralt had an experience when a tower was teleported from beneath him and he fell a large distance into the water. So finding Whiterun above ground was not bad at all.

Thanks Cormell! I read a science fiction book about a type of rare mutation that allowed people to teleport others. It went very scientific with lots of math to figure it all out and the risks. It figured in velocity of the planet spinning, moving through the star system, etc. It was very thorough. I go with its magic or that the teleporter has a "marked" place to recall too. I also have seen the reason being that either mind or the "magic" figures out the math as long as their is a clear image of where to land.

I suspect that without the Heart helping a little they might have teleported at random around Whiterun - which would have been instant death if too far above or below or in something. So I will say the Heart helped a little there ;)

Glad you enjoyed this story! It is pretty much done in my end although I do have a very short epilogue about the gem being returned that will be coming at some point.

Lovely continuation, I still have the music playing very dramatic. Love the interactions between Natalay's Soufie and your Wulver. Wulver may claim to be the Best but I'm sure a certain Grim may have a argument there or two. glad to see they made it back after defeating a foe or two on the way. Would be interesting to see Wulver team up with Dannee & friends for a while there's going to be a bit of butt kicking of goodness in Dannee's world for a while

Many thanks Corf! My longest single post in awhile, hence two video clips. Oh I am sure Grim is better. Wulver just has some trace Daedra-like blood from his past. Grim, on the other hand, is half Daedra and the grandson of Prince Hircine and Lady Kyneareth. Very over-powered lol but I tried to make it more about his struggles to maintain his humanity and his fondness for mortals and the natural world. Most of his heritage is locked away from him anyway (meaning he can't access) it unless he accepts it - which means becoming Fenrir's replacement ... which for now he has rejected. Still he would have the edge on Wulver in stealth and the like :)

I chatted with Dannee about Wulver appearing in one of her stories but Wulver is the first character I have made that isn't a simple SPF file that I can share. I would need to make Wulver a stand-alone follower (versus just a regular follower off the vanilla system) which I have never done before and takes some work. I might give it a shot though.
