I've built a more feminine version of the truly extreme Tamasayo Body by Kingc53 , in turn based on the chunky and bottom-heavy Culichi Buchona by El Rayas.  Still tweaking it. It's very bottom-weighted, while petite at the same time, and kinked forward in the abdomen, with a corset-trained waist.

This and Kingc3's original (and El Rayas's original-original) are intentionally extreme.  Tamasayo's been described as "like the front half of a centaur", and I've run with that. My version is a refinement of the wild aesthetics of Tamasayo Body: deep, deep swayback, sharp hip-to-waist ratio, large bottom, tiny waist, small-chested.  Mine doesn't have the tree-trunk thighs and toothpick calves, and is smoother and more natural overall.  The original Tamasayo has other issues, including significant distortion of the sternum, and breasts that turn kind of like empty sacks in too many outfits.  I've done a rather flat-chested variant in keeping with the original intent, and a perky one that suits my preferences better, while still preserving the overall shape.

Tamasayo Feminized ends up being even more extreme in a couple of ways than the original, with even deeper swayback, an even bigger backside, and an even sharper hip-to-waist ratio.  That said, it is nowhere near extreme when it comes to big-booty BodySlides; it's meant to look elfin and otherworldly, not like a porno cartoon, and draws some inspiration from the works of surrealist Michael Parkes, though its exaggerations of the female form are different in their particulars.

Tamsayo Body Feminized is just marginally within the realm of possibility - I actually knew someone with swayback that deep if not deeper, though nowhere near as small a waist. The tiny waist, from the front, is based on women who do years of corset training. From the side, both its compressed nature from navel to spine and its sudden hip/butt flaring are based loosely on (are definitely an exaggeration of) a real woman, an adult actress known by various pseudonyms (Kani, Juliya, Lucy, Ulia E., Nene – most commonly the first and last of these).

The BodySlide I'm working on has very carefully adjusted sliders so that the body grows from 0 to 100 in natural ways like a woman actually putting on healthy weight. I can't stand slidersets that do nothing but make the boobs or butt bigger.  I've tweaked this so much, I don't think a single slider remains in the same position as Kingc53's Tamsayo (other than the ignored ones for sliding between one pre-defined body and another; I mean the body-part sliders).  I've aimed to eliminate all sorts of quibbles that didn't suit my aesthetics (which come from some art-training background, e.g. knowledge that "good girl art" is not going to look right, except for an extra-rounded African-type backside, unless the slope at the top of the buttocks is fairly closely mirrored in the belly slope to the mons pubis, and other such "secrets").  It also took several tries to get what looked okay in NIFscope and BodySlide to not look awful in the game (e.g. arms looking too scrawny, though these are still thin, mage arms).  The breasts still need some work, especially in the flatter version.

I've also adapted it to the legendary Chinese UUNP, as a separate set of files. The main draws of that mesh set are puffy nipples (optional) and 3D pubic hair (also optional), though it has other features like thigh and individual finger HDT.  I'm working on a cleaned up re-release of that, too, since the original is a trainwreck of pirated body textures and sloppy coding, with no English documentation, among other issues).   So, don't run off to Google around for Chinese UUNP; the version you find is a mess and takes days to get working.  I'll be providing a complete package soon, after some more in-game and BodySlide testing, and one which does not interfere with any other XMLs.

I'm trying it out on a Wood Elf follower, the idea being that the non-humans should actually be noticeably non-human.  It verges on grotesque but is actually pretty hot in some outfits.  I tried it first on Agatha, the first follower adapted to Tamasayo, but ended up not liking her look at all, so am using Naria (HG_Naria.esp) by ats321 for now.

Gear used so far:

I have an adapted variant of Dark Brotherhood armor (I think, and probably from The Book of UUNP, but I would have to check) for the flatter version. Not happy with that one so far. The results are a bit too saggy, even distorted in the chest (depends on the angle of view).

For the perky variant, I'm testing with Emfy Cleric Robes and Celes Nightingale by nsk13 (AKA DeserterX, I think), and – a bit too saucy to illustrate here, except maybe in deep shadow or from a distance – Jewelry Outfit by Gatti2012. GameFever did most of the UUNP BodySlide conversions, as I recall.  Several are going to need further Outfit Studio tweaking to fit properly; this is not a minor shift from the usual UNPB shape!

PS: The thick brunette in the background of the first shot in the customized version I'm working on of Mango by elcwar, with a new "all-natural curvy woman" body I'm doing, HDT hair, custom outfits, a unique version of Draugr (Ancient Nordic) armor, and a hot MILFy sister.  Please don't ask what she's wearing in this shot. I have hundreds of outfits installed, and if it's purple or green it goes on her eventually, and is often built up from bits and pieces. I recall that hat+hair combo is from KS Hairdo's [sic], and the purple pumps are from Ceremonial Mage "armor" by newmiller.  The rest I couldn't tell you.  She's not been wearing that stuff in a week now.
