Btw, the problem was in a damn little Flag on NiAlphaProperty.
Skyrim NIFS seems to bug when you use any DST flags on NiAlphaProperty.
Noted, never using DST flags again :P

    Who needs torches now , rigth? Bad joke i know ..... but looks super good and i think alot of people will notice, so shiny and beautiful
