You set the bar extremely high, Wolfgrim! So high in fact, that one will need a jetpack to see it! The passion that you put in creating this new world is undeniable!

Great scenic captures, they look very beautiful! And I personally never had a patience to start Skyrim from scratch so I admire your patience and creativity!

Many thanks Nataly! If I had never moved to windows 10 I would still be playing Grim's original game. But since I got that new PC and win10 ... well a long list of problems ensued. Had Grim's game for 3 years even though it was unstable now and then it still played.

Anyhow I have a mostly stable game but wanted to try for a bit of new scenery. I am also still working on the rest of Grim's story just tend to get side-tracked by little projects and other story ideas so it comes out when it comes out.

Looks stunning, a new start, I think I might cry if I have to restart anything again for the next 6 months, almost scared to start my Skyrim..... it's so full...... but yours looks wonderful, best of luck on new install ! Sure it will be great when you have it done, can\t wait to see it

Thanks again Shelley! Well you have restarted like 3 different games multiple times - that is pretty rough. FO4 I have only had to restart once by force (meaning I had too do it as my game went foobar). The other 5 times was by choice and therefore not an issue. if I choose to do it then its usually okay ... although sometimes I restart because I can be a bit anal and OCD at times and my mind wants a "perfect" game. I recall once I restarted shortly after doing Concord because I let the drug dealer live at the Drumlin Diner ... and felt so icky about it I had to restart the game.

In the case of this rebuild it was very much driven by a desire to get out of a rut and have a very fresh start and look ... and sometimes I enjoy building a game world more than playing it at times. Just fun to make a world.

I know what you mean, I have restarted my new game for fallout 4 three times thus far, I am looking for a look, a feeling maybe I am not getting lol....... oh yes Kai does kill him right away, Mr. Drug Dealer also, maybe for same reason, he is trash........ I let him live, as he does not bother me and to be honest, he is not worst then the boy sitting on the floor inside feeling sorry himself, of no use to his mother, sitting rocking on the floor for the whole game. I have to be honest if killing the guy outside made any difference then I might do that but it does not matter one way or another and he is no different then Soloman in Diamond City in my mind.Funny, I know it's same game, but our minds see things so different every one of us million or so that play it lol........

Thank you Ems! I am trying to keep this simple and that is hard ... but harder is trying to not go back to my defaults and try some new things. This is made a tad easier in that I have found many of my old mods, which I deleted, are no longer on Nexus for some reason. Looks like Yuril removed his ice textures, the skyrim bridges has been "under maintenance" forever, and many others gone missing. But forced me to find and use another bridge mod, found a cool glacier mod I have never tried, plus a new snow one.

EDIT: I did save a few mods - ones I know are not on Nexus or that I know I can't play without - but really wanted a fresh start which is why I pretty much deleted everything Skyrim from my PC permanently before doing the rebuild - I wanted no temptations to revert back to as I need to get out of the rut.

I keep everything. Meanwhile an 1TB extern HDD is filled with stuff and I'm going to fill the next one.
I you desperately want back your Skyrim Bridges (I believe the ones by bjs), I can send them to you.

Aye that is the one. I am hoping he may be working on it but it has been under maintenance for a while now. I will wait for now though and see how the other bridge mod I got works. Plus I am trying to change the look around. But if I find I really want it I will send you a PM

That is a lot of backup indeed! I do large backups but more on a temporary thing while still heavy into the game. For example I have large multiple back-ups of FO4 mods right now but many of those mods have come and gone so much that I learned to hold onto anything I downloaded. Skyrim used to not be that way but seems like things come and go more often everywhere now.

I still enjoy Skyrim but felt the need to shake-it up so to speak. Just try some different things even if I end up doing my favorite stuff.

Aye, I started with Skyrim from scratch after the summer holidays... I deinstalled every single mod I had on my PC and downloaded all of them again... Maybe a stupid move, but in the end it was worth it These shots look great Jon, the shot from Morthal is the best in my opinion

Thanks Chris and yes doing a rebuild but by my own choice for the most part as I wanted a fresh new start ... and because I just enjoy doing it. Find it relaxing to gather mods and try them out. Only when I am forced to start over from a game corruption does it really suck.

Indeed, while you play one character hundreds of mods get released and you cannot add them to your exsisting game if you want a stable game... Sometimes I just create a new profile in MO for a different class - Thief as example.

This is the beauty of Skyrim ( for me ): You can make one character as warrior and mod your game to perfection, and the next playthrough you have a completly different playstyle and character.
