teh lulz, all these years of working on ENB presets and I never knew the map had it's own weather you could change within an ENB. Made a custom map weather to fix the incompatibility with Warburg's 3D Paper Map. Bloom, image-based lighting and various other lighting settings were making it completely white and blown out. Looks much better now.

So if you have an ENB that uses custom weathers, just know that there is a solution to this and special thanks to Rusey and the Warburg forums for the tips on how to do this. 

Also the map was a little buggy due to a mod conflict so ignore the out of place map markers.
