A lesson in reading what you're installing before you blindly click "OK" to everything. Using this image to post in a few areas from people complaining there aren't any warnings in the latest version of NMM about what the update involves.

This is one of two warnings in NMM itself, followed by a very lengthy news post that explains the process as well.

I'm curious, did it remember all of my mod options (Like xp32 skeleton extended to have my axes to show up on my back.)? I don't mind reinstalling but it hasn't asked me to set up any of the options after reinstalling them.

  Xp32 saves that information inside your savegame so there are no problems.
  After restoring you load order as it was before the upgrade to 0.60 each savegame has all the necessary information to let you continue playing

If you really read it :

"If you have 5 minutes to spare".

How is this a warning that it would take hours for the automatic reinstall and then hours of blindly debugging?
