Travellers of Skyrim

With the Skyrim Special Edition release only a few hours away the time seems just right to finally release a new version of the main file.
So what is the pre-release in the title all about?
In the past I tried to ensure compatibility with all existing addons/optional files for ‘Travellers of Skyrim’ or release an updated version along side the main file. Due to a complete replacement of the AI Packages and introduction of a proper schedule all files using the ‘Dragonborn Addon’ are currently not compatible with version 1.40. The loose .esm file and the ‘Light Version’ also haven’t been updated yet.
The main file and the new patcher are feature complete. The pre-release part is only there to make people aware that their existing addons/optional files might not be compatible yet.
Once everything has be brought up to the 1.40 standard (and possibly Skyrim Special Edition versions) a ‘proper’ 1.40 (or 1.41 if things have to be fixed) release will happen.

Last but by no means least a shout out to the Real Names mod.
Since the request for named travellers has cropped up every now and then this mod might be perfect for those looking for an immersive ‘Travellers of Skyrim’ experience. The mod adds real names to generic NPCs, including the travellers!
