With the update which has been released earlier today some nice new features are waiting for you!
Playing around with meshes and textures a new plant was added, the shape could resemble a Ruderalis strain. To make the mod a bit more lore friendly (yes we know that cannabis isn't present in the TES lore at all), I tried to choose a name which fits perfectly the lore and matches it's final destiny with a planned quest. It's called Dovahrii which can be translated to "Dragon Elixir" or "Dragon Juice". After I saw how the plant looked ingame I thought this would be a great model for a staff - the conversion was rather easy, finding a proper purpose was a bit harder. Inspired by the tree planting mod, the staff can be used to spawn seeds which will grow just like the planted ones (you don't need to water them, though). I have tried to balance the staff so it wouldn't crash your game due to too many spawned plants but be careful while using it anyway if you have a less performant rig.
By request, theres also a new option for planting: You can use seeds directly to grow, just sneak, drop a seed of your choice and water it!
Another part of the growing changes was optimizing the growscript by removing and consolidating redundant code and fixing some minor bugs like the removing of waterbottles from your inventory after it began to rain and you didn't water the plant.
The Laboratory became additional functions like making Hashish and Hashish Oil and distil Solvent for the Oil. Hashish isn't made in a retort as we are aware of, so as soon as the planned furniture is ready, hashish making will be removed from the laboratory. I tried to make the scripted "Crafting Dialog" as clear as possible by adding some descriptive text showing the prerequisites needed.
Also fixes took place for the updating routine, the statistics for the planted seeds was bugged, my apologies. I have packed a development cannabisupdate file into the archive, there was an unused quest item which has been removed.
We hope you like the new version as much as we have enjoyed creating it for you!
Happy planting.
Edit: Luvarian reported some logic issues in two menus which I have fixed in version 0.1.6.2a.
My apologies for any inconvenience.

- Games/Skyrim/skyrimprefs.ini -- Added benablefileselection =1 (It was already there)
-- "Clean" Reinstall of both cannabis and Skyrim directory
-- Waiting a few days (In game) to see if maybe it was a load error.
-- Added the game while character was NOT in Whiterun (Though maybe it'd help Your Highness Load with no interruptions)
There may a couple more I forgot I tired but it seems like I'm just missing it all together. I'm still semi-new to modding but when it comes to draggin and droppin I'm usually not this careless.
I LOVE this mod and LOVE the concept and me and the wife would love to see my character puff one back before he fights his first frost dragon lol.

BOSS states that all the DLC I have is "dirty" but the last time I tried to "apply the filter" and "clean" it, it really didn't make much a difference. I did not do the same with the Official DLC because I was unsure (as it has always ran fine for me.
