Another update with a nice new feature has been released! The article went not to the file news somehow, so the link to the article goes here.
---Edit---
As the version number suggests, a major update for Cannabis Skyrim has been released today.
Many changes have been made to the Cannabis Skyrim options, your yet even more powerful control center for the mod's main features. You can now toggle the mod's visual effects - the setting will be applied immediately depending if you're still stoned, the selling feature can be disabled there entirely or the frequency the NPCs will get 'attracted'. If you don't want to use FNIS and don't care for the animations, there's an option to disable them completely to prevent half-t-poses and to use the mod as it was before we have added the animations.
Another novelty of the Cannabis Skyrim Options is an uninstall feature which touches some crucial stuff aiding an uninstallation or an update afterwards. Oh, it's a quest object now, so you can't lose it anymore...
We use a different approach to activate script-enabled objects, so 'fixing' items like multiple planters, soilpiles, empty waterbottles and so on with the Cannabis Skyrim Options belongs to the past.
Several users were complaining that the old selling system would break immersion. We fully agree, so we changed it to a random-npc-initiated base where nearby NPCs get 'attracted' when you smoke a joint or blunt in their range.
This is just a part of all the changes we've made, explained a little bit more thorough. If you want to know what else happened, check out our changelog!
Happy blazin'!
