Epic versions will not be automatically discovered or launch the game properly until I receive some information about those games that is only available after installation. If anyone can follow this guide and let me know the Epic Games ID, that would be very helpful!
Best thing to do is use an existing, working extension similar to the game you want to support and work from there.
You can learn about the API and how to write extensions at this link. The Vortex devs, Insomius and Nagev, are very helpful and can help you get things working if you have trouble.
Thank you very much... you know, one thing that would be very good is if it was possible to make a v2 version of Red Dead Redemption 2, so that it would also be possible to use mods that use lml or another mod loader...
That one is made by a former Vortex developer, and is a bit beyond my skill level. It does seem like it needs an update, though. Your best bet would be to submit a bug report from Vortex and explain what is not working on the current version. It has not been updated in more than 2 years.
