We'd love to add this to Vortex so it's available to download by looking up the game in the "games" tab, however, the archive you have provided is not structured correctly.
If you can reupload it without the top-level folder (i.e. just the index.js and other files zipped up) we'll be able to add it to the built-in extensions browser.
