Integrated Unreal Engine Mod Installer extension
Added mod types "Binaries" and "Paks"
Extension will create and ensure write access to the appropriate folder for .pak mod installs (Witchfire\\Content\\Paks\\~mods)

Updated game discovery code to function correctly for non-standard installations.
Any non-pak mods will be installed to the Binaries folder (next to game .exe) by default.
Mods intended for the game's root directory should be automatically installed as mod type "Root Game Folder".
Config files will be automatically installed to the correct folder in Local AppData.
Saves will be automatically installed to the correct folder in Local AppData.
In order to manage load order of .pak files, you need to make sure the mod type is "Unreal Engine 4 Sortable Mod" for each of those mods (this should be assigned by default).
