   just for the record there is a option in steam to tern that off so this is useless as hell. if they didn't have that option then i would say thank you for you hard work because the AutoStart is radicles

      It's not super useless, my thing work in less than 0.1sec and don't require opening steam, but I fully understand

      I beg to differ. There are some users who either can't get that option to work or have trouble handling windows registry. This tool is useful as another means to accomplish a task for different people.

   how do i find the value that was changed? And where do i find this specific registry in the folder?

      it depends how familiar are you with registry values
      HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
it just remove steam value from autostart processes
