Planet Zoo Mod Support - 0.0.3

Adds basic support for planet zoo mods by extracting downloaded archives into the ovldata directory.

to install extract to C:\Users\USERNAME~\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\plugins

-fixed a minor bug where an extra ovldata was being created in the wrong folder, this was not effecting the functionality of the extension as far as i'm aware however
