Its broken unfortunately gets no further than "refresh". Hit "unsubscribe" and it gets no further. Open steam folders and delete as instructed, still won't recognise anythings changed. Have to quit Vortex to get out of the loop. :( Actually looking at it further it won't download directly via the game either it says everythings up to date but nothing subscribed downloads there either. Tried d/l via steam depot says "file not found". Did steam remove the skyrim workshop or is it a temporary glitch? Unknown.
Hi! I'm having an issue, but it's probably not critical. I just imported my Rimworld mods and unsubscribed from everything in the Steam Workshop, but the installer won't recognize the folder as empty so I can't proceed to the Review stage. I've verified the folder as empty, not even any hidden files. Is there a way to force a re-check? The "Refresh" button just refreshes the list of steam mods, all of which I've already unsubscribed from. Thank you!
PS: Everything else seems to have worked fine, so I'm just gonna close the installer for now, but I wanted to make you aware of the issue. And, again, thank you so much for this tool!
I have no idea what causes this, the code just rescans that folder on refresh. It's possibly something in your setup preventing Vortex from seeing the changes. Or the game's workshop is set up in some ass-backwards way where the folders are a bit jumbled.
I have the exact same problem. Figured because I had so many mods (more than 300) it might take a while but even after waiting for half an hour nothing changed.
Everything else worked fine, as 804R said. Restarting Vortex is a workaround but you have to manually activate every mod now, which is a bit of a hassle :D
Greetings, I am trying to use this extension for one of the listed games, X4: Foundations. However, I click import button, I get a message saying that Steam Workshop folder is not found.
The game is installed on a Steam Library folder, not under the default Steam folder, and I suspect this is the problem. If that is the case, is there anything I can do to manually adjust the path? Thanks in advance.
I'm getting the same problem pickysaurus. I've had to install my steam directory in a different place for backup reasons so maybe the mod is looking for a particular path to the Workshop folder? If so, what is the path that the mod expects because I can make a link to it and see if that fixes the problem.
Is it X4 as well? I contacted Pickysaurus from discord and s/he asked me to try something; move any Workshop mods from other directory to main Steam directory. For X4, I don't have a folder like s/he described though.
It seems like Steam is downloading directly into the extensions folder or moving everything there after grabbing them, so that Workshop folder is actually empty. Actually, not even empty; it doesn't even exist.
I have the same error, but for a different game (Prison Architect). That game is on my secondary harddrive in my secondary Steam library, so its associated workshop folder is also on that drive.
I want to import mod from Mount And Blade steam workshop but the button "Import from steam" does not show up. Do you have any video to teach me how to use your extension please ?
Could you add support for Star Wars KOTOR2? There are mods on Steam that are no on here mainly the important ones. Yes it is an old game and yes I still play the heck out of it
