I'm just starting to learn how to use Substance Painter and I would like to be able to use DDS files, but I cannot make heads or tails of how to properly use this tool. Would you be willing to put together a more in-depth tutorial for people like me who have minimal experience tinkering with the program to this extent?
I had a few issues installing this, but after some trial and error I figured it out. The plugins folder did not exist where you said it would be, but there was a javascript and a python plugins folder in C:/users/"username"/documents/adobe/adobe substance 3d painter. Also, I didn't have C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Painter\resources\pythonsdk\python.exe, but that might be because I have a cracked version of the program. Another issue, which was my own fault was I didn't realize the file was a zipped file and the python code was in it, but once I figured that out I was able to move it to the correct plugins folder.

Using it mainly for 35.PG files though.
