    Followed the instructions as instructed. Extracted the chrpl.ac file into the Data Folder of SH3, fired up the game and nothing is changed. 
    Heather Morris is still wearing her Vanilla/ Default outfit. Am I doing something wrong?

      Maybe too late, but it worked. But you need to be in NG+, and unlock one of the special outfit.
