Thanks for the video. It does look like everything is in the right spot. There are a few things I can think of worth trying
I see you have the SHMinimap mod files in LogicMods/ and in Paks/. I would delete them from Paks/ so there aren't two instances of the mod files. It's possible that this is causing the mod to load incorrectly.
I also see you have several mods installed. This mod uses Pak Chunk ID 262. If any of those other mods use that same ID, it could cause this mod to fail. You could try temporarily removing the other mods and seeing if that fixes the issue.
It is possible your machine isn't running dx11. You could try changing GraphicsAPI in UE4SS-settings.ini to d3d11 and seeing if that works. If that doesn't, I'd also try opengl. (Just remember to change it back to dx11 if neither of those alternatives work).
One thing that would be helpful for me would be if you could run the game and send me the output from the UE4SS debug window. This would also be saved in SHProto/Binaries/Win64/UE4SS.log btw I also have a Discord server where I offer additional support.

1. For now, I need to invest for a new laptop in order to play this game. I have a question. In the future updates, will you be able to optimize this minimap even more to the point that it just a normal mod without the need of UE4SS?
2. Would you please adjust the cog a little closer to the minimap circle based on the screenshot?
3. Hopeful to see: - Full utilisation of the minimap - Smaller version. - Color appearance options such as the base border. - Arrow color options for James and Maria sections.

Unfortunately, not in the foreseeable future :( I do have a fulltime job which eats up a lot of my time and this is a free mod, so it'd be hard to justify finding the time to find a solution that doesn't use UE4SS. I can see myself optimizing the mod itself at some point to make it more performant, but for now it relies on UE4SS.

As for the other suggestions, some of these already exist. You can already adjust the FOV, map size, map shape, map location on your screen, and arrow color. As for the James and Maria sections, Maria doesn't have an arrow, but I really like the idea of her having one, so I'm definitely going to try to add this in the next patch. Really great for reruns. For first time I prefer base map. Can you make a version that isn't so bright? As alternative so it doesn't stand out too much from the damped backgrounds. Like less contrast on it.
Have you tried adjusting the opacity? If you click on the little cog, you'll be able to change the settings on the minimap. Turning down the opacity would make it less bright.
The problem with that it's just makes it more red... If it's opacity without colors I guess that would be fine but this way no. Maybe if you let players choose the color of the "base/border" from red, at least to black,white,grey(888888 code) then opacity wouldn't cause redness.
