- Sped up shader precompilation at game launch

- Force-disabled HeightFog which was causing crazy shadows and lighting in some scenes (vanilla bug?)
- Prevented UE from trying to use network farm to compile shaders to try and help possible UE config file problem hanging on shader precompilation
- Rebased minor settings from 1.0.5 (but the main reason for the performance difference is the higher quality Lumen reflections in v2.x)
- Adjusted memory balance between Niagara and streamer pool
- Force-enabled Lumen reflections temporal denoiser as it's getting disabled somewhere and now looks better enabled
- Changed F3 logic so it will always try and enable FSR frame generation irrespective of upscale method (DLSS, XeSS, TAAU, TRS, etc.) because FSR3 is now version 3.1.1 and supports this
- F2 now cycles between DLSS RR, Lumen Temporal denoising, and no denoising
- Defaulted reflection quality to vanilla (much faster) in case people don't realise this is the difference between 1.0.5 and 2.x
- Forced Lumen screen traces enabled as it prevents James black hair problem
- Smoothed out some frame time spikes for particle (Niagara) system caused by flying debris etc.
- Increased time for shader compilation in game to slightly reduce some hitches
- Reduced HLOD (heirarchicial mesh) hitches, but I haven't been able to eliminate them. Unfortunately Nanite (and even non-nanite) in UE5.1 ignores most mesh commands

- Updated settings to match patch1 (especially FSR3 and graphics menu)
- Greatly improved ghosting around James by reducing the Lumen temporal filter distance (from 30 cm to 5 cm)
- Re-enabled Lumen reflection temporal filtering to remove grainy (but clear) reflections from v2.1 and earlier. Lumen temporal has fixed in this update so reflections look much better enabled (no longer smeared)
- Accordingly, DLSS Ray Reconstruction (F2) now toggles between Lumen temporal filter and Ray Reconstruction
- Fixed front-facing reflections not working on glass (there may be a reason Bloober disabled this again)
- Re-enabled UI flickering fix for UUU
- Removed the check from F3 -> Enable FSR3 Frame Generation so it will try to enable with DLSS. This may crash the game but may be useful trying to enable FSR3 FG with XeSS / DLSS / TRS/TAAU
- Fixed some minor errors in Bloober's graphics menus making quality levels work in reverse ('Medium' is better than 'High' in some areas)
- Re-enabled fog height field (disabled by Bloober) since it fog reflections look much nicer and only costs 1-2 fps

- Force-enabled Ray Reconstruction for DLSS (note you don't need the ini and shouldn't need to copy the DLL, Nvidia will use your drivers DLL)
- Found and fixed Lumen stalls (the final major cause of frame spikes)

- Disabled Chroma LED dll (for synchronizing Razer hardware LED lights - it's notoriously hitchy). Note, this disablement does NOT require you to do anything with the DLL, I've disabled the engine plugin
- Forced DirectX Flip presentation to try and fix screen strobing problem people are seeing with the vanilla game. Note if you don't have a VRR monitor and want VSync, you will now need to force this in your GPU control panel
