Instructions: Unzip to %LOCALAPPDATA%\SilentHill2\Saved\SaveGames\<user-id>\ ,start the game and load/continue.
1-Maria Ending - Defeat Maria.
2-Leave Ending - Defeat Maria.
3-In Water Ending - Defeat Maria.
4-Dog Ending - Go up to the 3rd floor and use the Dog Key to open the Observation Room.
5-UFO Ending - Save at the Employee Elevator Room. Go up to the 3rd floor, enter Room 312, and use the Blue Gem.
6-Bliss Ending - Go to Room 312 and drink the White Claudia before you use the videotape.
7-Rebirth Ending - Defeat Maria.
8-Stillness Ending- Defeat Maria.
