Welcome !
Copy and paste the config to C:\Users\your name\AppData\Local\SilentHill2\Saved\Config\Windows !
Note : Copy Engine.ini not the folder !
if u want to play the game without Fog enter "A hill without fog" folder
if u want to play the game with Fog enter "Silent Hill" folder
