The description is supposed to read as if it's advertising a product. It literally makes the game faster by removing the slow motion effects. So if it for whatever reason was used in a speedrun of any kind, it would save a small amount of time by not slowing down the game speed frequently. Giving an unfair advantage comparing time when trying to complete the game fast. The "May void speedrun times" is meant to be a disclaimer for the product. To prevent any lawsuits of course.
In other words, it's the description's disclaimer as an on theme joke for the "NoSloMo" product that does not actually exist.

Animations and kill moves/finishers/takedowns are WAY better in real time, in all games.
All Devs should put a graphics options in, to turn slow motion animations off!
