i pasted the "-high -USEALLAVAILABLECORES __GL_GlslUseCollapsedArrays=0" target part, it says path not valid when i click apply, is that just my device? :(

Well if you followed instructions and made backups of the documents you replaced you just drop them back in and replace them like you did when installing. If you didn't make backups then you may have to delete or move those files out of that folder and reinstall the game I have no idea honestly.
Where in properties to do step 3? I see nowhere to paste the line and the instructions are a little unspecific saying only to open Properties of the shortcut? (changing the shortcut properties doesn't sound right to me either) then paste. I've looked at both the shortcut on my desktop and the actual .exe for Sifu in program files.
Right click on your sifu shortcut, choose properties, then click on shortcut tab. There you can find the Target column, right below Target Location. And by the end of that line you can paste the line that I wrote on the description. Good luck.
