It's Phil Collins himself, all in his Rockstar-made, low-poly glory. Couldn't find any good character models of him yet so this will do for now. I made this mostly to humour a good friend of mine who's a huge Genesis/Phil Collins fan as him and I have made inside jokes about the singer as well as Snow White for some reason.
To install, create a folder named ~mods in [game directory]\Sifu\Content\Paks, then copy pakchunk99-PhilCollins-P.pak and pakchunk99-PhilCollins-P.sig in ~mods. Start a new game or load a new one as a male character, and enjoy.
I've also included the source Blender files for those interested in porting or making edits to this mod.
