I think the best boss to replace toji with is Jinfeng due to the chain weapon, sukuna for yang, mahito for Kuroki, jogo for sean, and Hanami for fajar those would line up pretty close with the characters! hope this eases some of the process but whatever you choose im grateful all the same
My idea was the same as yours for Fajar, Sean and Yang. But I think that Toji could fit better as Kuroki because I would also change the weapon that she uses in the first phase with the Playfull Cloud that Toji uses in Shibuya. For Jinfeng, I'm hesitating between Geto and Mahito, but I don't think anyone fit as much as the others
